Tyler Pipe, through the generosity of the McWane Foundation, was able to help make Tyler beautiful this month.  $20,000 dollars was donated to the Chamblee Rose Garden Project in downtown Tyler.  These funds along with matching funds from Keep Tyler Beautiful will be used to contruct the "McWane Pavillion" in the garden.  Groundbreaking for the garden was April 18th.
