Jennifer Heys has had a progressive career with McWane, beginning as an Inside Sales Representative for Clow Valve in 2000. After seven years of dedication and growth, she transitioned to Tyler Union, where she thrived as a Territory Manager for the Midwest Region. In 2013, she stepped into a pivotal business-level role as Pricing & Sales Analyst, where she led initiatives in pricing strategy, data analysis and software implementation. Jennifer was promoted to Sales Operations and Process Optimization Director in 2025 and looks to continue leveraging her expertise to drive continued success for the organization.

Jennifer’s educational background includes a Business Management degree from William Penn University.

Outside of work, she and her husband, Frank, share three children, four grandchildren, and a house full of spoiled hunting dogs.
